About Me
Tim Binion is the pastor of Victory Missionary Baptist Church in Hendersonville, TN where he preaches repentance and faith resulting in the “washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Ghost” (Titus 3:5). God called him to preach at the age of 17 while still living with his parents in Indianapolis IN.

Failing Forward
From 1 Samuel 12. God is to be our ever-present King. Sometimes God gives us what we want – even though it is not what we need. We MUST learn to listen to God … not to men! God is faithful to love us and show us where we have erred and faltered and failed Him. When we are wrong, we are to confess and repent toward God and BEGIN AGAIN … MOVE ON … and, FAIL FORWARD! Failures are not FINAL with God. He will not forsake you even when you forsake Him. He is long-suffering. When we “mess up” … you KNOW the way back because you have a Lord Who forgives … and friends who will also forgive. Godliness begins with a “reverent fear” of the Lord … there is no more condemnation in the “fear” of the Lord. We can always trust God … fear Him and then serve Him. Only a true Christian – someone who has been saved and cleansed from unbelief - can serve Him. Do you truly LOVE the Lord with all your heart? Serve Him with all you have and consider all the wonderful blessings that have come from Him. Let nothing stand between you and the Lord.
