Most churches today only teach He came to reveal to us the goodness and love of God. This is true; but it is not the whole truth. They say that he appeared to exhibit perfect manhood and to set us an example of how to love others but we preach Christ on the cross, His blood, His death; we put great stress on “the precious blood of Christ as of a lamb without blemish and without spot.” a sacrifice to put away sin. This is the reason He appeared.
