Born Twice Part #1

Salvation

Sermon preached @ Victory Missionary Baptist Church by Pastor Tim on the subject of being Twice Born Part #1. The new birth is not obscure, not difficult to figure out; it’s all bound up in the analogy itself, being born. You have to be given life from above, and that’s not something that you can do spiritually any more than you can do it physically.Regeneration is not what causes conviction it is what removes conviction. It does not produce the burden of sin it removes the burden of sin.The whole point of the analogy of being born again is to demonstrate that Jesus is saying something has to happen to you that you can’t do, that you can’t contribute to in any way.
