“Mercy and Grace” Pastor Tim preaching - as he was led by the Holy Spirit – from Psalm 23. You most certainly can experience the presence of God in YOUR life … JESUS. He is the “Good Shepherd” who is always there for us. He died for us, and He is alive for us – TODAY. God’s people are described as a “peculiar people” – not because of what we look like, but because of who we look to as children of the living God. Jesus is always present with His children to preserve and protect them. Jesus restores us from discouragement, difficulties, despair, and depression that would seek to separate us from Him, BUT CANNOT. Instead, He floods our souls with peace and strength. He supplies all of our needs, and is always a “strong shoulder” upon which we can lean. We may lose our focus on God, but He never ceased to watch over us … as a shepherd oversees a flock. The sheep may lose sight of the shepherd, but the shepherd NEVER loses sight of His sheep.
